HELLO June! We just love June. Not yet summer holidays here in North America but warm enough to be. The weather is better than it’s not and we can spend most of the day outside. Plus there are so many fun holidays in June to celebrate! For some reason, they are mostly food-related. From National egg day to strawberry shortcake day you have something to celebrated almost every day.
Apparently, there are two National Donut Days. Who knew! One is the first Friday in June and the other is November 5th. No matter what day you choose to celebrate National Donut Day, we hope you get to enjoy your favorite doughnut, big or small. There are many varieties to choose from, or try your hand at making your own.
Also, there is a National Milk Day and a World Milk day. National Milk Day is celebrated on January 11th and World Milk Day is on June 1st. World Milk Day has been observed annually on June 1 since 2001, and has been designated an international day by FAO to raise public awareness about the importance of milk and dairy products throughout the world.
